About Kanway Line
Hong Kong-based container line established in 2007 from predecessor Fuhai Line (1994), operating Taiwan- and Hong Kong-flagged vessels on intra-Asia routes. It grew out of the 1990s Fuhai Line and still runs a mix of Taiwan- and Hong Kong-flagged boxships.
Main trade areas: Intra-Asia.
How to track a Kanway Line container
Every Kanway Line box carries an ISO 6346 number: four letters (the owner prefix), six digits and a check digit. Enter the container number, the bill of lading or the booking reference and Navo24 detects which one it is.
The tracker joins Kanway Line's own events (gate out, loaded, departed, transhipped, discharged) with the vessel's AIS position, so you see where the box is now, not where it was at the last port call.
Kanway Line schedules, rates and free time
Before booking, compare sailings on your lane by transit time and real on-time reliability across all carriers, Kanway Line included where it publishes schedules.
For the price, FreightRatesMCP shows market rates for 20GP, 40GP and 40HC on a port pair. After arrival, demurrage and detention start once Kanway Line's free time runs out, and Navo24 counts the days left on every box.
