About TCI Seaways
Coastal and international shipping arm of India’s Transport Corporation of India, launched as a sea-cargo division in 1995. All of TCI Seaways’ ships fly the Indian flag, easing access to domestic coastal ports.
Main trade areas: Indian subcontinent.
How to track a TCI Seaways container
Every TCI Seaways box carries an ISO 6346 number: four letters (the owner prefix), six digits and a check digit. Enter the container number, the bill of lading or the booking reference and Navo24 detects which one it is.
The tracker joins TCI Seaways's own events (gate out, loaded, departed, transhipped, discharged) with the vessel's AIS position, so you see where the box is now, not where it was at the last port call.
TCI Seaways schedules, rates and free time
Before booking, compare sailings on your lane by transit time and real on-time reliability across all carriers, TCI Seaways included where it publishes schedules.
For the price, FreightRatesMCP shows market rates for 20GP, 40GP and 40HC on a port pair. After arrival, demurrage and detention start once TCI Seaways's free time runs out, and Navo24 counts the days left on every box.
