About Safetrans Line
Safetrans Line is a China-based, Russia-focused container operator that emerged in 2022 after mainline carriers halted Russia calls. Founded to fill the Russia-trade gap after 2022 sanctions; it later sold all four of its ships to MSC.
Main trade areas: Intra-Asia, Baltic and Red Sea.
How to track a Safetrans Line container
Every Safetrans Line box carries an ISO 6346 number: four letters (the owner prefix), six digits and a check digit. Safetrans Line prefixes include SFTU. Enter the container number, the bill of lading or the booking reference and Navo24 detects which one it is.
The tracker joins Safetrans Line's own events (gate out, loaded, departed, transhipped, discharged) with the vessel's AIS position, so you see where the box is now, not where it was at the last port call.
Safetrans Line schedules, rates and free time
Before booking, compare sailings on your lane by transit time and real on-time reliability across all carriers, Safetrans Line included where it publishes schedules.
For the price, FreightRatesMCP shows market rates for 20GP, 40GP and 40HC on a port pair. After arrival, demurrage and detention start once Safetrans Line's free time runs out, and Navo24 counts the days left on every box.
