About SACO Shipping Line
Neutral NVOCC founded 1988 in Hamburg by Andrea Briks and Harald Pahl, still owner-managed, working exclusively for freight forwarders on LCL and FCL. SACO stays strictly neutral; it only carries for other forwarders, never competing with its own customers for the direct shipper.
Main trade areas: Global forwarding.
How to track a SACO Shipping Line container
Every SACO Shipping Line box carries an ISO 6346 number: four letters (the owner prefix), six digits and a check digit. Enter the container number, the bill of lading or the booking reference and Navo24 detects which one it is.
SACO Shipping Line is a forwarder or NVOCC, so the box usually moves on another line's vessel. Tracking by the SACO Shipping Line bill of lading still works: we follow the underlying carrier and show one timeline.
