About Camellia Line
Camellia Line, a 1990 Japan-Korea joint venture between NYK affiliate Kinkai Yusen and Korea’s Koryo Shipping, running a Busan-Fukuoka ferry. Named for the camellia, the city flower shared by both Busan and Fukuoka, its ferry carries both passengers and containers overnight across the strait.
Camellia Line was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Okihamamachi, Japan. Its main trade areas: Intra-Asia.
How to track a Camellia Line container
Every Camellia Line box carries an ISO 6346 number: four letters (the owner prefix), six digits and a check digit. Enter the container number, the bill of lading or the booking reference and Navo24 detects which one it is.
The tracker joins Camellia Line's own events (gate out, loaded, departed, transhipped, discharged) with the vessel's AIS position, so you see where the box is now, not where it was at the last port call.
Camellia Line schedules, rates and free time
Before booking, compare sailings on your lane by transit time and real on-time reliability across all carriers, Camellia Line included where it publishes schedules.
For the price, FreightRatesMCP shows market rates for 20GP, 40GP and 40HC on a port pair. After arrival, demurrage and detention start once Camellia Line's free time runs out, and Navo24 counts the days left on every box.
